Yeah, but it's those big, fancy TVs that are worth watching Blu-Rays on that still cost a bundle. See, that's where they get you.

i sill dont see a point in spending 300$ for a blue ray player for 1 movie, when i have almost every movie ever made in my dvd collection..and all the other treks are dvd, so i might as well stick with dvd.

until dvd's are discontinued, i will keep to them. and hey i still have freaking casette's and cassete players (audio and video lol)

Consumer Reports #2 bluray player is a panasonic bd-80 for $170 at Amazon (US). Got one myself and it works great.
