Not necessarily. A towel would be handy in wiping away anything left behind by the sonic shower. The sonic waves break up dirt, oils, and dead skin cells, but to be really 100% clean, you probably still need to towel yourself off afterward, IMO...

Excellent point!

Although, running water was still used in the 24th Century and baths etc were not unknown (Troi's quarters on the D) so while sonic showers may be the norm, perhaps for that pampering experience people also have more conventional plumbing.

This is what I was thinking. Maybe a nice rinse after a sonic shower is still done? I figure the "sonic" part replaces the soap and scrubbing of today, but getting it all off your body would still need some water.

Yes, I was aware they still had baths cos Janeway liked a bath and she got soaked on the holodeck when she was trying Da Vinci's Flying machine... though surely that was holo water. Maybe you could have a choice
