"Time has resumed its shape. All is as it was before. Many such journeys are possible; let me be your gateway."
"Captain, the Enterprise is up there. They're asking if we want to beam up."
"Let's get the hell out of here."

Mine would be the cliffhanger for BOBW part 1 and the Cage when spock shouts:

"The women!!" after they are transported by the Talosians , best line in Trek history

EDIT: Here is a link to the Cage, Spock's line is about 03:13 into the video Spock gets emotional

I have two favorite moments.

First and foremost, at the end of Generations just after Picard and Riker beam up from the totaled Enterprise D. Right when the music cues and seeing the ships fly off..I'm not sure why, but the first time I saw that it brought tears to my eyes.

Second favorite moment is in Voyager. The episode where Torik tries to mate with Bellana. At the very end when they discover the Borg body in the ruins. The first time I saw that it gave me the most intense chills down my spine I've ever felt. I think it gave a certain anticipation from that episode to Scorpion that can hardly be matched. (Exceptions include the season finale of The Best of Both Worlds: Part 1. I almost DIED.)

There was a pretty interesting scene at the end of the Dominion war when Sisko, Ross and Martok were about to drink blood wine over the dead bodies on Cardassia... but Sisko and Ross refused to drink and walked away, with the exception of Martok who took a swig of bloodwine either way.

Another favorite is at the end of a voyager episode called The Thaw. I think the ending speech that the Janeway hologram explains to Fear how they have defeated him is way awesome.

The Death of Spock shook me to my foundation. The needs of the one outweigh the needs of the many....Don't greive Admiral..it was..logical...

The Best of Both Worlds. "we have engaged the borg"

Voyager, when they were left on a planet by Seska and her pet Kazon, I can't remember his name, When Voyager flew over them while they stood there, I thought I would cry.

DS9, when Benny/Sisko was Far Beyond the Stars...
Enterprise, when Captian Archer went to give his speach at the end of the series. Thats is as close to my favorites as I can get...

There are so many...but this one's been on the mind lately

TNG Family - When Picard fights with his brother in the vineyard and then breaks down. Powerful.
