For the longest time after I heard the plot would involve time travel I was not happy. After subjecting my self to every episode of VOY i'm officially SICK OF TIME TRAVEL! And once I heard it would be an alternate universe too I again was upset. I thought "why not just make the thing a re-boot like Batman Begins or Casino Royale?"

Needless to say once May 8th got closer and closer I began to get more and more excited. Then when I walked out of the theatre for the first time seeing it I was amazed! Even though I still wasn't the biggest fan of time travel I was able to let it go. Time travel will always be apart of Trek, best just live with it.

The Alternate Universe then made sense. It had freed them up and allowed them space to breath and create new and old things!
