Next movie filming date?
I was checking IMDB, and there's nothing on there about the next Star Trek movie. Does anyboy know when the next movie is supposed to start filming? Plans for the sequel are definite, aren't they?

The script is to be delivered for around Christmas 2009 (don't recall if that will be the final draft but certainly a close to shooting one), presumably to then get the project officially on the go and filming for early to mid 2010.
Then they can choose their planned 2011 release date to suit.

I read somewhere that they had put it off and it's not going to be until into the new year before they even start writing the script. I'm sure it was somewhere on this forum. I'll see if I can hunt it out.

why what is Orci and the cast and crew doing can't get time, busy I suppose doing other things to worry about the next Trek film.

This article was on Oct 18th though Karl Urban was saying he was hoping for a 2011 release at around the same time.
