We've heard about it in the history of TOS, but never saw it.

Logically he'd bowl a 300, of course...Superior Vulcan reflexes and all...lol.

Either that, or right when Spock is about to bowl that 300, the ball is rolling down the lane and a Klingon decloaks without warning, and fires off a jolting shot which knocks the pins down and throws the ball 3 lanes over.
