Default Favorite Bond Movie?

What is your favorite Bond movie(s) of the "Offical series", and why?

Thunderball-The amazing underwater fights still play pretty decently, even today!

Diamonds Are Forever-That Mustang racing down Freemont Street in Vegas still rocks!

Casino Royale-A great restart for Bond!

I really liked Casino Royale, I think Craig did a great job with the role. Bond is supposed to be a dangerous guy, Craig pulled that off.

Casino Royale for me! Most realistic of the bunch and lack of gadgets were a couple of pluses.

Thunderball - best action, real villains, Sean

If listing others -

The Man with the Golden Gun - Christopher Lee

Live and Let Die - all around goodness and comedy

You Only Live Twice - cool training scenes, volcano invasion, helicopter

Diamonds Are Forever - Elevator scene

The Spy Who Loved Me - fight on the big ship, Barbara Bach Curd Jürgens Richard Kiel!

On Her Majesty's Secret Service - Interesting, good music, theme, serious action, snow environment, Diana Rigg and Bond actually undercover.

Moonraker - Locations and outer space

For Your Eyes Only - team up with the Greek businessmen and gun fights

Casino Royale - hardcore feel, chase scene and Eva Green!

Default Don't get drawn too deep into the game and if you play, play with style.

Nothing against gritty and realistic, I also liked "Casino Royale", but the movies with Roger Moore will always be my favourites as his Bond was the most playful one.

Man With The Golden Gun, definatetly one of the best Moore outings.

Live and Let Die-Recently rewatched this, it's fun but very dated.

You Only Live Twice-Sadly one of the more "forgotten" Connery films. It's no Goldfinger, but it's way better than any Moore outting.

Diamonds Are Forever-Yes, the elevator scene is my 2nd fav. in the film.

The Spy Who Loved Me-Not a big fan of this one. It's just ok...

On Her Majesty's Secret Service -Poor Lazenby, he made a very decent Bond, but no one wanted to accept anyone but Connery in the role, so he kinda got the shaft. Actually one of my fav Non connery films.

Moonraker-This was just sad all over. This could have been done so much better. A real waste of Richard Kiel.

For Your Eyes Only-Actually redeemed Moore as Bond, Moore should have stopped here.

Yup, the last time Bond was rebooted back to gritty and realistic (by 1981's standards) after getting too outlandish well before Casino Royale had a go.

I liked that they played down the gadgets too. Although, and I forget which Bond movie it was, I liked the tiny jet. That was fun.

That could be Octopussy or You only live Twice.
