Just watched the SG:Atlantis season 4 finale on Sky 1 last night (UK) and to say im dissapointed would be a major understatement. I wont spoil it for anyone who hasnt yet seen it but compared to any of the cliffhangers of the previous 3 seasons this does not have me waiting anxiously for Season 5.

I liked it. It wasn't disappointing to me. I didn't have too high expectations for this episodes siince we know what was going on...I will say the ending was creative and suspenseful...we'll if it really gets it on the other side of the break.

The most disappointing ending was the SG1 season 10. That was possibly the worst ending ive ever seen in any series.

Yeah, it was a bit of a let down compared to season 3 and the first two as well. In fact the whole season was much slower than the previous three. I thought the conclusion to the third season was one of the best cliffhangers in all of stargate. I couldn't wait to see where they went with season 4 but unfortunately they didn't go that far. Maybe season 5 will get the show back on track. I don't think it was by any means bad, it's just kinda disappointing when a show is on fire, as Atlantis was in season 3, and then it loses that fire.

I don't know, I think Enterprise takes that honor. They should've had this movie The Ark of Truth be the series finale. Just watched it last night. Thought it was great, really epic. Of course if they did make that the finale, their budget wouldn't be what they had on this straight to dvd movie and it wouldn't be the same. I can't believe they're not airing it on the scifi channel, I mean they show wrestling for frak sake!

You mean the aging thing...and the going back in time and fleeing the Ori?
I don't think it was bad but it wasn't good either.

It final episode was meant to end the series, but rather keep the doors open for Atlantis and those Special DVD movies.

I always liked the ending to Season 8, thought it rounded things up nicely.
