I heard a rumor that Sci-Fi had considered doing the remanining 3 season at one point. Appearently, it has done well there.

Of course it ended before its time. But at the same time, UPN was a fledging network and made moves to make sure it could find a way to justify dumping its most expensive show.

Think it had finally found the right direction when they cancelled it. Would like to see it continued. Much better than Mansquito or Ice Spiders, etc that Skiffy likes to air.

I think they did find a better direction but I feel very vengeful about how much ENTERPISE messed up...It's like...(forgive me0 It's like my wife was unfaithful and...continued to be unfaithful right before my eyes...

I thought ENTERPRISE was awfull. I guess I know what Ii would do if my wife cheated on me.

I think this was a show that depended on the core audience...and that audience got frustrated fairly early..I remember loving the first episodes and then saying "heh...not so good" for a few weeks before I gave it up...I did follow the talk on the net so it seems that they might have regained their path...

I really expect to see Enterprised "redeemed" by virtue of history....once the new movie is out, it will have added significance...I think, in the end, Enterprise will be viewed as an important part of Star Trek lore.

The same thing was said of TOS in the 70's and early 80's.

I think history will be kind to ENT. People will ask 5-10 years down the line, "Why did they cancel this show?"
