Galaxy Quest is to Star Trek what Spinal Tap are to Led Zeppelin.

Besides everyone knows "The Wrath of Khan" is the best film...

That was a fun movie.

In it's own way it was a spoof, and a tip of the hat to Star Trek.

And the ship looked sexy

lol, and the character Guy, had some of the best lines, like how did they know if the planet had air or not, and if they had ever watched the show they were on.

I only saw it once, and it wasnt too bad. It was definitely better than some of the trek movies!

You need to break the title down...

Galaxy = Star
Quest = Trek

It was a nice mix of spoofing TOS and TNG. And the movie had a lot of heart for a comedy.
