Default Was the best Trek film Galaxy Quest?

Lets face it Galaxy Quest nailed so much of what trek once captured in a way that the recent films completely missed.

I don't know, but it certainly is one of my favorite SF movies.

I agree. To me the movie has the right elements of comedy, drama, timing, and tongue in cheek reverence. It's my favorite "Star Trek" movie.

Tim Allen would have made an awesome Kirk too.

It was a funny movie, but to call it a Star Trek movie is frankly making fun of the series.

I don't believe so because comedy aside it picked up on a lot of what was once great about trek.

Maybe not THE best Trek movie, but certainly better than many of them. I would definitely rate it above 5, 7, 9 & 10.
