Colin Farrel....no.
I still remember Daredevil.
Although he was the best part of that film; chewed so much scenery I'm surprised he didn't crap KODAK.

No Vin and Craig is already too well known for Bond.
If you had Vin, you could call it The Six Million Dollar Man: Fast & Furious.

I think a studio will want to cast a name for the role. It would give both a chance be seen in a new light.

He does have the look, but I somehow doubt he'd have the role offered to him.

I think one thing that put the damper on the Six Million Dollar Man movie was the complete failure of the Bionic Woman TV Show.
