Where on your back is the pulled muscle? The upper mid back, where I had my pulled muscle, is hard to properly stretch. Lower back muscles are easier to stretch.

It moves around from the upper to the middle. Right now, it's right in the middle. I just put some IcyHot on.

Well, just finished my morning stretches and put on some IcyHot. My back is doing better already. All I need now is a new chair in here. The one I have in here has poor back support so I'm just sitting up straight without any back support. Haha! I feel like Odo...

Yes, I did....I might add, that this is made much more likely by indulging in adult beverages and other "self medication" techniques while lying on the heating pad...but I had huge, painful blisters right at the hipbones...

I'm currently fighting something around the middle of my ribcage...if you have access to an electro-stimulus machine (I bought one online for around $60) you might try that. It does a good job dealing with "spasmy" sorts of pain.
