Default Best/worst acting in the feature films (plus DS9, VOY if you want)

I was thinking about who pulled off the best acting jobs in the movies and the later TV series, so I made a little list.

Overall:

TOS/movies: DeForrest Kelley (James Doohan 2nd)
TNG/movies: Brent Spiner (Patrick Stewart 2nd)
DS9: Nana Visitor (Armin Shimerman 2nd)

Worst:

TOS/movies: The Shat by far (but he made it work for him)
TNG/movies: Wil Wheaton (Gates McFadden 2nd)
DS9: Both Daxes (but even they were pretty good)

Best single scene:

TOS: Shatner and Nimoy when Spock dies in TWOK
TNG: Stewart in FC (the line must be drawn HERE)

While I think The Undiscovered Country is one of the better films, the scene where Kirk is fighting with the shapeshifter and she morphs into another copy of Kirk makes me cringe. Worst acting of all the films.

Please note I have not seen enough DS9 to form an opinion.
Best:
TOS/Movies: Leonard Nimoy
TNG/Movies: Toss up between Patrick Stewart and Brent Spiner
VOY: Kate Mulgrew
ENT: Connor Trineer

Worst:
TOS: This fellow
TNG: Wil Wheaton
TOS Movies: Persis Khambatta
TNG Movies: Marina Sirtis (especially Nemesis)
VOY: Not sure, they did the best with what they had
ENT: Anthony Montgomery

Out of the regulars I think, yeah, Stewart, Nimoy, Kelley, Brooks, Visitor, Dorn, Robinson were among the best.

Mulgrew was good, better than the material often was and an actress capable of elevating it above itself. Same with Ryan.

The rest of the cast were all solid but not spectacular. I don't ever remember thinking any of them were bad, though my dislike of Picardo, Phillips' characters meant they often annoyed me when others probably enjoyed their performances a lot. Roxanne Dawson also didn't really do much for me with her work either.

I was really considering putting Neelix on my list, but it's not really the actor's fault that the writers created such a goofy character. Feel kinda bad for him.

What was bad about Beltran? The only actors-who-act-like-in-a-fan-production I know are the stars of Harry Potter...

Well, he did little and was bland with it.
