Sounds like a big silly gimmick. More deleted scenes and maybe a documentary of the making of the movie would be cool, this other stuff with the "augmented reality" is just a toy.

yes, I'm hoping for extras with substance.

thus far, the only DVD's I've seen with great extras have been THE MASK OF ZORRO, MASTER & COMMANDER, SE7EN, FIGHT CLUB and the STAR WARS PREQUELS. most movie extras are just fluff and DVD potential has never been properly utilised.

Master and Commander is awesome.

apparently after many different ideas (from the Sherrif being the good guy, to Robin becoming the Sherrif, to them being twins, etc.) it all went out the window, so there is no "twist" now (or wasn't when I last checked but it was all so confusing) it's just the regular Robin Hood now but with the excellent Crowe, Blanchet and Redgrave. from some sneak photos I think the only difference is that Little John and Scarlet are in the Crusades with Robin at the start.

alas the actors playing those two vital characters seem somewhat dull, but hopefully I'm wrong.
