Default Strangest lines

A huge, massive ship comes out of a gigantic lightning storm on a very large viewscreen and someone asks Robau "Captain, are you seeing this?"

They are sending something to Starfleet, because their sensors show strange datas:
"What you sent us doesn't seem possible"
"Yes Ma'am, that's why we sent it"

Well, that happens when u hire by affirmative action and not the best of the best.

Thank you for quoting one of my favorite lines in the film.
That was my first clue that this was going to be a new Trek that strayed far away from the Trek of the last few decades while at the same time poking some fun at it.

"Starfleet, there's really weird stuff going on out here!"
"That doesn't seem possible. Space is safe and fully understood."
"Tell that to the information we're sending you... by you know doing our jobs and such. Sorry you don't believe us. Have a nice friggin' day."

computer voice..."Please hold, Star Fleet is presently receiving only reports of normal occurances. One of our operators will be with you shortly. If this is an emergency, call 555-5555 or press zero."

"Hi Christopher" was definately the line that made me cringe. I'm still very unsure if Nero would be so familiar and so human.

The way Nero addresed Pike was meant to be an insult to Pike, showing Nero's lack of respect for the Federation. Nero, also by that time, had no respect for any Federation world.
