Nice. Tenser, more dramatic. [innocent look] Where do these people get the advance copies?[/innocent look] I sort of missed "going to silence" when the hull blew and we were "in space"...which is silent....otherwise, this is a really nice job. I suspect this thread and that video are on the chopping block though....

No. It works ok in parts but its too loud in many places and it also detracts from the scene in others. But A for effort.

However yes it will be offline soon. So save it.

Why is it cropped to 4:3 aspect ratio?

The music is totally wrong - you can't put that bombastic score over dialogue so the actors can't be heard. Especially the scene with Ayel. It at least has the decency to go quieter during Nero's scene but then ruins it at the end.

The less said about the removal of 'Labour of Love' the better, really.

Sorry, but that video creator doesn't know much about scoring a film. It's completely out of whack with the emotional intent of the various parts of the sequence.

This scoring did not compare to Giaccino's original. I'm sorry, but nothing can compare to "Labor of Love" and some of his other work in that setting.

Thats from the pirated telesynced vid thats been floating around the interwebs. The score was added over the top and it sounds horrible in my opinion. Obviously the quality sucks but the music choice is also poor.
