I couldn't even see it. But I do know...It looks good if a bit military well maybe alot. They remind me of navy.

I really liked the designs for the MMO. They were functional depending the branch.

Also very nice but too bulky with all that extra gear and the boots shouldn't have all those extra ornaments either. This is not very Star Trek-like, IMO.

Bit too "Power Ranger-esque" for my liking.

And the massive open collars for the women looks like Sigourney Weaver's costume from "Galaxy Quest"

Well Starfleet officers are the representatives for the Federation out there in the galaxy.

So they should do things in style.

Plain black is sleek, simple and looks very professional.

yeah the skin tight thing is a bit comic bookish.
I'm with King...They look good for super heros though I also don't like how they're all almost completely different. That's not what I think about when it comes to uniform.

Well... Troi, Seven, T'pol, Daniels, the Andorians, Kira, Odo and many other characters have worn skin tight clothes in Star Trek.

I don't like the idea of full black uniforms. Black looks a little TOO formal. Almost evil formal.

What I liked about those uniforms is that they were more functional than pretty. Engineers need more tools than command officers, and security officers should be better equipped than science officers. Each outfit maximizes efficiency.

But not the whole crew... Q...certain people wore the cat suits..some people don't have the body for it....imagin the Fantastic Four suits on some of the star trek people and tell me if you're not running for the barf bag.

They just had to bring more balance in the uniforms and not have changed thát often.

I would cancell the Cage, TMP, TNG 1-3 uniforms. I also don't understand the jumping back and forth from pips to braids.
Captain has four pips, but 2 1/2 braid (why not four?)
Why did they change the div. colours in TMP, TWOK, ... ,? (wich are very nice uniforms btw. )

So
ENT: same uniform, with rank braids (four for the captain); white-div colour for the dress uniform with rank braids
TOS: same (a bit more modern, prob. like the XI uniforms), with rank braids four for the capt.; white div. colour for the dress uniform
TWOK: same with an adapted rank pin (four lines for the capt instead of three); dress uniform white-div. colours undershirt (white for captains and higher) with rank braids
TNG same (switched div. colours), white TWOK dress uniform with rank braids
GEN onwards (DS9, VOY, ...) same (grey shoulder, div. colour undershirt), white-div colours with rank braids

Ensigns, like listed above, but all in grey (with div. colours lining)

Bottom line
They should have kept an equal amount of braids/pips and same the division colours in the tos era and start the red-gold switch with tng forward, because of the red shirt thing ...
I think like that i would look more like a natural evolution.

Just imagine what the white dress uniform would look like with nice braids ... (can someone make it? please with four rank braids)
