The People that know me what do you think about me and how i act. I could really use some feed back like now that im older and want a job I want to know how you guys think you would respond to me if you were the Boss. Just need opinions here.

Kiko Kea is wise. You need to be speaking with adults who know you in person. We know next to nothing about you and are not in a position to offer you any insight.

Just my opinion, I think some of these points might help you. It might seem a minor point to you but you seriously need to sort out how you come across in written form. Not capitalising the letter I when you refer to yourself makes you come across as childish (not a good impression to give when you're trying to get a job). Your spelling doesn't seem as if you're dyslexic, so it's probably just a habit you've got yourself into?

If I were you I would try to make myself enthusiastic but not too needy or sensitive. Positive, keen but not too eager to be "best friends with everybody" is a good balance to strike, after all work is about work not about you. Not everyone is worth buddying up with, it takes time to know who to trust.

To be honest, the best way to make a friend or get a job is to listen. Don't always talk about yourself. Ask questions about them and keep the conversation relevant. Don't center all conversations around yourself.
