The People that know me what do you think about me and how i act. I could really use some feed back like now that im older and want a job I want to know how you guys think you would respond to me if you were the Boss. Just need opinions here.

You might consider asking your teachers this question or other adults you are in contact with regularly, for example, someone at church.

To be honest, the best way to make a friend or get a job is to listen. Don't always talk about yourself. Ask questions about them and keep the conversation relevant. Don't center all conversations around yourself.
