I used to like buffets but my tastes have changed so much as I've gotten older. I would prefer a small, fantastic meal ranther than tons of average food.

At one major Vegas casino buffet, you can pay about $25.00 in the morning and eat at the buffet all day. That's pretty cheap, considering that the LV Hilton dinner buffet alone costs about that much.

It's also true, as has already been said, that a smaller but much better-prepared meal is sometimes vastly preferable to stuffing one's face with sumptuous yet still inferior food.

Helpful tip: I would avoid the Sahara buffet. It's not that good, in my opinion.

Tokyo One Sushi Bar & Grill in Addison, Texas. It has been featured TWICE on "Best of Asian" on the Food Network. I can go there and eat my weight in sushi alone.
