I've got a whole slew of desktops from Star Trek, space imagery, and a few others that I rotate through... here's what I've got going right now:

I love the LCARS style so I created an entire theme, it includes an active desktop (the navigational scan 'bars' move in like they do on-screen) and I've got some LCARS button styled icons and tons of sounds!!
