help with the Handbrake software??

Hi,

any of you folks use Handbrake to convert DVD's in iPod format?

I've converted a movie with two audio tracks (the main audio and the commentary track), which plays fine in iTunes but the commentary track is nowhere to be found when the video is transferred to an iPod.

Any ideas?
