Seriously. Noonien Singh and Noonien Soong -- please (Khan is just a title).
Probably not a coincidence that somebody else noticed this too and simply tied a Soong relative into the whole Eugenics Wars stuff.
Could be intetresting (I suppose) if Noonien Singh was some Ang Lee Incredible Hulk type genetically messed with supermanish offspring.

Bardem is a good visual match, and he does have the acting chops to do it.

But I'd still rather they didn't go in that direction.

I do not think anyone can surpass Ricardo Montalban in the role of Khan. However, Fehr would be excellent as a foe (or a friend, for that matter.)
