I also wouldn't have been surprised by that; on the other hand, this could turn into an "Elvis" thing....i.e: "He's not really dead! I saw him pumping petrol last night!"

Either way, I'm kinda mixed on his death; yes, he was a great entertainer, although he also somehow transformed from a black man into a little white girl in the space of a few years.....to this day, I still scratch my head over that one.

The highest highs and the lowest lows. That's MJ's life. He will not be remembered in the same way Elvis or John Lennon are remembered. His will be more akin to Fatty Arbuckle or Mark Foley - talented but forever tarnished with the child abuse accusations. Such a shame. He lived in Neverland. Perhaps he simply couldn't face growing old.

How will you remember Jackson? As the 5 year old boy wonder?, As the 80's Moonwalker who told you to Beat It! the 90's King of Pop comeback kid who told you he was Bad, or the overdone plastic surgery Halloween Mask that invited kids to his Neverland ranch? I guess people will now feel free to remember him the way they liked him best.
