I love that first image of the Kelvin....wow! At least it goes to show that at first they were thinking of going very Original Series with the designs. I wish they'd kept that mindset to be honest...

I like Ryan's transporter room. The dark look seems more functional. Don't know why, it just looks cool.

I also like the style... would love to get some of those as hi-res wallpapers

The images of the bridge help put the new look into better perspective with the various versions of TOS and movie series. Yes, definitely a familliar look...but definitely different. The new bridge look has grown on me, but I do miss the more "solid" wall panels of the earlier versions. Meaning the earlier had few, if any "see-through" tatical / status panels scattered about. But the new look is fine. I appreciate it more now.

Why did you have to post these...???

These are better than what we actually got... Makes me quite sad! While I still don't like the proportions of the Enterprise, the USS "Iowa" looks very TOS...

The SFA concept is gorgeous. I wish they'd gone with that.

I also like the engineering concepts, mainly because there's a guy in the doorway, and when it goes to red alert, he goes into disco dance mode.

Indeed.
It's more Trek than the movie.
