I hope you had a good one. Hubby just wanted to stay home and be lazy after the last few days we have been at Graduation and driving about two hours to get to them. Man they where torture. Way to long.
Anyways, Happy Late Father's day

Well, let's see....My biological father, who is now deceased, i never knew. And the one time I did get to see him, he took one look at me and fled. My maternal Grandfather, whom I love dearly and who I consider to be the only real human father I ever had, and who worked himself to bone to give us a proper home and meals, passed away in January of 2005. I myself am not a father, and in all likelyhood, never will be. So father's day isn't exactly one of my favorite holidays. But as far as my Sunday went, well, i got some work done around the house and ate a good meal or two. So all in all, i must say, I've had worse days.

Alas that Hubby couldn't use his new weedwhacker cause of the rain... but he enjoyed his new book.

It was pretty good. My sisters met up with my dad and I at a deli for breakfast. Nothing big but it was good seeing them again.

Well fathers' day was costly for me! I had to buy my dad a DQ cake (those aren't cheap!) and I bought him two cards at Wal-Mart. But, to quit my whining, I have a great dad and he's worth it (I guess
