I think the characters of Kes and Seven could have worked on the show.

So, I would have to say either Harry, because he never got over the NOOB stage as a character. Which is why Janeway left him as a Ensign I guess, or Neelix because all Janeway had to do was get is star maps, and have a short meeting with him about the areas he knew about. After that, Janeway could have sent him on his way.

Have to go with Neelix out of the regulars. He just seemed the least needed to drive the show week to week. Out of the supporting recurring characters? Naomi Wildman. Ditch the kid.

Neelix. Recently saw the episodes Fair Trade and Rise. One where he was just an annoying pest getting in the way of ship operations, the other where he was just a panicky, useless annoyance. Even though he sort of redeemed himself in the end, the other 90% of the episode where he was just being plain useless was hard to watch.

RE: Neelix

lol, I like how, by some miracle, The Crew just happened to stumble upon an Asteroid with his own race of people.

I think the writers were even tired of him and did not want him making back to earth and the people on earth meeting him and saying "Oh no! I though Jar Jar was long since dead".

That's mean.
I liked Neelix...Odd how him and Kes didn't work out her becoming an ascended being and all. hey sometimes the universe bites ya back.

I could have done with out TOM PARIS.
..I really had no real problem with him but he lacked alot of character...I still like him and harry's friend ship...the innocent guy and the over exposed guy....
