I used to love to watch "Kung Fu" when I was young. Carradine was a hard working actor who worked continuously throughout his career. Sometimes in high profile projects like "Bound For Glory" and sometimes in horrible B movies, but he never quit and reportedly was filming a movie at the time of his death. I for one will miss his presence on both the large and small screens.

Early signs are it's being considered a possible suicide by the authorities as nothing suspicious was found.

Yes, and I wonder why? When you've made it to 72, why not stick around to see how far you can go? The end of the road couldn't have been much farther. Of course we don't know all the details yet. He may have been suffering from a fatal disease or there may have been other factors we know nothing about. I'd like to see what his brother Kieth has to say about it if he makes any public statement. They worked together on several projects.

Shame. I didn't know him much as an actor but I really enjoyed his performance in the second season of Dexter. I thought he had a lot of charisma and was perfect for that kind of role (FBI bigwig).

Sad to hear, one of my fav actors of all time. But sadly, over the decades he has had drug and drinking problems, and previous sucide attempts.

It is rarely known that Carrdine was on a short list of actors to replace Nimoy as Spcok during TOS's second season, when GR was wrried that Nimoy was getting "too popular."

Okay, I take that back... I could have sworn when I saw this post yesterday that it said Keith Carradine, not David...
