I went low, since an entire ship being destroyed (in my book) doesn't count as killing off a redshirt, because blue and gold shirts would die at the same time. A "true" redshirt demise is solitary, quick and plot-gooser which prompts the rest of the landing party to take action.
I say Ensign Fanwanky bites it before the middle of act II.

Would it be too much to ask that maybe a blue shirt dies this time? A gold shirt? 'Cause I'm flipping through my copy of the Starfleet General Orders and it says...
Oh. Hm. "General Order 21: Red shirts must die first, according to Galactic Law and custom." Wait till I get my hands on my Starfleet Recruiter...grrrr...
