Wow! In the even today some folk still don't have access to all of the major networks. Maybe I shouldn't be but I'm surprised.

But on topic, I hope V is good and survives. History has shown over and over again that a show being intelligently written and well produced is not garaunteed ratings or life. Particularly if its a genre show.

Well, they can't possibly mess it up more that they did when they were doing it as a weekly series before... (just compare the writing credits from the "V" TV series to those of the "Dukes of Hazzard" and you'll get what I'm saying here...) The original mini-series were pretty good as allagory... as science fiction, they were pretty off the mark.

I mean honestly... they're here to steal our water? Hydrogen and Oxygen are some of the most common elements in the universe. Combining them should be childs play for a civilization that can get their city-sized spaceships to cross interstellar distances and hover over ours.

Or they're here to eat us? (Alien /human biochemistry would probably make us poisonous.)

Who knows? If they fix the stupidities, and really push the "Nazi fascist/Bush Administration" takeover comparisons, it might be a good show.

Well I had NBC up untill about a month ago when a storm tore off the top 1/4 of the tower and dropped it on the studio.

The "new" Diana is cute, I hope they don't simply update it with improved visual effects, but re-imagine it somewhat like was done with BSG. According to the site, that's what they're doing. I'm glad 4400 executive producer Scott Peters is on this. He's one of the few sci-fi producers whose work i like. It looks like 4400 star Joel Gretsch will be in it and Smallville's Supergirl (Laura Vandervoot-hottie). Is Scott Wolf the "new" Donovan character? There's some good star power in this cast, i like that!
