The warp in sequence into Vulcan. Dynamic, dangerous and scary! The scene where they first see the Narada............. with that music, CLASSIC! The acting was perrfect!

I'm going to interpret action as people more than special effects

Kirk and Spock inside the Narada.

I just loved seeing them work together. It was like ---- oh wow oh wow ---- it's them. My geeky heart went pitter patter. From shooting, to the mind meld to running to the little ship and inside it, I loved every second of it. I would see it again just to watch that sequence.

Spock going to Vulcan

Although this wasn't an action scene, it was "pent up" action. I thought Spock crouching down to beam down to Vulcan, ready to spring up, was one of the coolest things I'd seen in any Star Trek movie or episode. Not only was it a cool thing to do, he looked awesome doing it. As an image, it's simply brilliant.

Kirk and Sulu with the drill

Pretty much speaks for itself although for me, it doesn't have the emotional impact of the other two scenes/sequences.

The Kelvin exchanging fire with the Narada. Combined with the music, it's pretty amazing. Definitely the drill too. I also love the bar brawl and the Polarilla/Big Red chase scene, as well as the Enterprise swooping in to defend the Jellyfish at the last minute.

I thought that Enterprise bursting out of warp and destroying the torpedoes aimed at the jellyfish was incredible, along with the debris dodging.

Not really an action scene, but when the narada emerged from the black hole. Seeing it from the kelvins perspective gave me chills!

Definitely the beginning with the Kelvin. It just gave you a rush and a sense that you knew the movie was going to be epic. Let's not forget Capt. Robau :P

Kirk and Gaila in the apartment bedroom. And then Uhura giving us a peep show.

I agree completely with the debris dodging around Vulcan! I love the sound of the ship as it moved and twisted through. It was cool to watch Sulu pilot that sucker through a war zone.

Ah! How did I forget him! Sexy Smexy hoverbike cop. I love the shot from the back where he's hunched over the handle bars. He must have the most boring patrol known to man, though. The backroads of Iowa.
