Now wouldnt that be something for the sequel? Same senario as TNG but this time it happens sooner in the alternate reality with Pike instead of the other guy.

I remember hearing someone saying that they were going to take it out - I can't remember who said it - McCoy, I think. Either way, it was addressed. I'll listen for the line tonight.
