Good Question, we did see the Enterprise almost engulfed into the black hole but she enjected her cores and exploded them to close the black hole, so my answer is no, the black hole is still present probably at the hobus star.

I suppose it depends a lot on what the red matter is. We are close to being able right now to creating microscopic black holes. Maybe the red matter keeps it open like the theoretical exotic matter

Black holes "evaporate" in time, but are still limited to their gravitational influence. So the Black Hole may be there but no longer having anything in its realm of influence
