Oh please... when refering to Gods laws you should make sure to a) specify what God, b) specify the laws you refer to, c) specifiy the interpretation and tradition and e) specify human made laws and f) specify why what you call Gods laws are better laws then what you define manmade laws, wich essentially means that you as a believer pick out laws you find reasonable and therefore believe to come from God. You uphold these laws - thus there is no effective difference between human and gods laws for it is humans like you and me who interprete and uphold laws, believed to come from God or not.

That aside, put that guy in front a court where he belongs! A human court, because he stands accused to have committed crimes against humans. Therefore its a human affair, isnt it?

I am not sure, but I think in germany even murder lapses. The lapse of time for nazi crimes has been lengthened though several times. And rightful so, I think.
