That video wasn't available in the UK, but I've been a fan of both Star Trek and Star Wars since I was a little kid and I've never felt any reason to have to choose one over the other.

It's silly. The Star Wars movies are over now anyway with Sith, what is he/she waiting for - a third trilogy?

I strongly disagree. Due to sheer size and destructive power, the Death Star would "out gun" any Federation vessel known to exist. Spock would never say that the Force "does not exist" were the two Universes to converge, because of the simple fact that a Jedi can easily prove that it does right before his eyes. That alone would be enough logical proof to Spock, or anyone for that matter.

I love star Trek and always will, I have learned to like star wars since I got married, since hubby loves it. Most people that try to make one othee better that the other as just messed up in the head, the are diffrent and both fun in ther own. So you know what I do is , ignore them, they are not worth my time

the only reason why STAR WARS and STAR TREK are put into "conflict" with each other is because of the word STAR. Mankind is that silly.

someone asked me recently which I prefer. I couldn't answer that question I told them because it's like asking me to compare SHERLOCK HOLMES to TED CRILLY.

it makes far more sense to compare STAR WARS to LORD OF THE RINGS and STAR TREK to maybe BLADE RUNNER.
