Default repeat "offenders"

Just wondering why some go pay money to a theater to see this movie 3, 4, 5+ times?? I can MAYBE understand twice, but why not just wait for the DVD/blu-ray version? Then at least you can watch it as much as you like, and hopefully we'll get an extended/director's cut, with lots of behind the scenes extras and stuff.

'cause I can pay to go see it now. Gotta wait months for the DVD!

Because we want this movie to be financial success as much as possible so that the next one can be even better. I will also be getting the Blu-Ray version when it comes out. Every little bit helps. Plus the more we go to see it, the more word spreads around that it's a good movie, the more people go to see it, repeat cycle.

Other than that, it's just a damn good movie.

I know of absolutely noone who is planning on seeing Wolverine twice that's for sure.

Did you just say Blu-Ray projector?

That probably costs a good chunk of change. More than a 7.1 surround sound system, a PS3 and a 1080p TV combined even.

Movie going is an expereince... Your question is a little like saying, "Why go on that roller coaster ride again and again, when you can just video tape it and play it back again and again at home? Plus there's getting the rush of the crowd, if you're lucky enough to be with a great crowd.

It's fun! And I want the movie to do well. Fun + desire to financially support something I love= MOVIE TIME!

There's nothing like an in-theater movie experience with a movie that you adore. And I know that after it's out of theaters, there's going to be a bit of a wait before I can see it again on DVD. So I'm seeing it as often as I can now.

So I take it the 12 times I've seen in at the theater is bad?
