I have a 2 door Honda Civic. A new paint job and maybe a spoiler then it may make The Delta Flyer, maybe. Right now it's more like the Botany Bay.

My Isuzu Rodeo 4x4 w/Low Transfer is the equivalent to the Akira Class.

I have a 2007 Renault Clio - which if you're not in Europe you won't know it because you don't get them in the US.

However it is most undeniably a TNG shuttlepod!!

Back pre-TNG , my Mercedes E-class was a Constitution re-fit (I called it the Exitprise). I used to think of my parents' S-class as the Excelsior. These days, my BMW is probably more of a Miranda: not the biggest, not the fastest, but it makes a damn good impression while staying classy.

If the Camaro is the galaxy class,

Then my '03 Corvette must be Sovereign class.

I would say my '08 Ford Ranger is akin to a defiant class, she's tough, reliable, and meant to get the job done, not comfort.
