But if I were the creator, I would have added a full head of hair.

No, it the name I would pick if I had to pick one out of the blue. See, it's easy. It wouldn't take me 7 years to do it.

What's in the name? That which we call The Doctor would still lack bedside manners.
I liked him, much more than that Borg drone, Picardo played him into the foreground and to me, he was the most interesting and important characters besides the captain.

Well, I had to consider TOS. Comes down to kirk or Spock then. Well, in the end, when you look at it, it always comes down to the leader. Same thing with DS9 (Sisko), TNG (Picard), and ENT (Archer).

Now in ENT I may have liked the Tucker / Trip the most. In addition, it is hard to turn away when T'Pol was in a scene. But in the end, the stories tied together via the real star / leader (Archer).

So I voted no. I almost said yes, as when you consider who the star was (Kathryn Janeway) it is ironic they brought in a big chested borg to appeal to more fans.

So, yes, IMO, Kathryn Janeway was a weak star (and not because of the actress, but more likely the difficulties of dealing with so much ST canon and weak time-travel plots). However she was the star (so much so that she is the only one mentioned in Nemisis).

Would it not be interesting to have a ST where the captain and bridge crew weren't the stars? Why not focus on some other parts of the ship.

I have always thought that. In addition, would allow for more people to be lost / killed and would appear more reasonable then sending your entire command crew on the away team.

The Doctor was so overused, much like the Borg. Still, he was definitely the most interesting character on the show IMO. However, I think the top billing was correct the first time around, so I voted no.
