Not necessarily.

The "black hole" was destroyed well after we saw Nero and the Narada disappear. They could have wound up somewhere (or sometime) else.

Except that we have seen 2 ships survive going though the same "singularity".

I'll say the ships is severely damaged but could have been sent back or forward into any time.

That would be so cliche if they found a way to bring them back somehow. I wouldn't like it. I'll assume they're dead and leave it at that.
