I bought it yesterday as well, and I have to say...when I heard Tracks 14 and 15...and the incorporation of Courage's TOS theme...this CD is.....

GOLD JERRY! IT'S GOLD!

I bought it off iTunes and yes, the use of Courage's theme is genius. Although I'm currently strictly limiting myself to "To Boldly Go" and "End Credits" only--if I listen to the rest I know when I see the movie I'll just sit there trying to pinpoint where they use the tracks, and I want minimal distraction from my Trek enjoyment

Order it via snail mail...that way you have it coming but you will not listen to it before the movie.

The CD was waiting for me when I arrived home from work. Listening to it right now. Far, superior than any other Trek score. Nice classic theme (Courage) with beautiful flourishes. The soundtrack is huge, mighty, sweeping and no doubt so very appropriate to the legend of Star Trek.

My "preview" of the sound track will serve as a companion when I view the movie.

The wait will soon be over.

Thanks for the neat review...I can't wait to experience my copy.
