I just choked myself laughing at that!

I could never quite decide if I liked that song or hated it but either way, I somehow managed to accidentally memorize most of the words.

Hey it is a good song...Russell Watson did a better job with it than Rod Stewart did and Diane Warren wrote the song for Stewart. If you you get a chance just listen to the studio release of the song. It is way better than the version you heard on TV.

I'll have to do that. As much as I dislike Enterprise, I will readily admit that I loved the opening montage with that song and the images. I thought it went really well together.

Hoovers? As in "it's going to suck?" Or is there a meaning I'm not getting?

That is a metaphor for "suck ups"..."brown nosers", sychophants...

There are very few amazing movies...
I don't expect it to be amazing...
I expect a good movie...perhaps even a great movie.

But "amazing," "good" and "great" are all in the eye of the beholder.

Just because you may or may not find it "amazing" doesn't mean that someone else won't---and THAT doesn't make them a sycophant or a suck-up.

It was an exciting time, it is an exciting time and it will be an exciting time, as long as Star Trek and you all are there.
That sounds about right.

Man I really despise that "Holier than thou" attitude in certain fans...(in my opinion they are in the minority anyway)Still the insults ar not nessesary from either point of view....If I think this movie is great I am by no means a Suck-up or a sycophant. That would be like me calling anyone that thought this movie was mediocre, a Nitpicky hard-a$$ed narrow minded twit. Maybe in not so many words but you get the idea. Either way it is not fair to one another. We are all fans let remember and respect that shall we.

Hmmm... I would suggest anyone going to see it have a great tailgate party first. Break out the snacks and beer enjoy the good times. That is, IF you are old enough to partake in beer.
