It appears that the Main "weaklink" if you will is going to be the motivation/backstory for Nero. Now most of us on here know it already so it may not be as glaring. I am curious as to what my non-trek friends have to say about it when they see it.

I hope so. I love the special extended editions that Jackson did for LOTR, probably cause I was a huge fan of the books. I also liked the added little bits in the special edition dvd for TROK. I hope the new dvd will have additional footage!

Same here...that is part of the reason why my fellow Trekkie fan and I are taking our non-Trek wives after we've seen it.....we're curious as to their reaction.

Also, it lets us see it for the 3rd time in two days without them beating the s*#@ out of us!
