Star Trek has sold out more than
a hundred opening weekend show times across the country from New York
to Los Angeles, from King of Prussia, Pennsylvania to Colorado Springs,
Colorado.

Wish I knew. Maybe we can find out the average number of tickets sold daily on Fandango and then just take 81% of that. That would give us a ballpark figure, perhaps. *starts Googling*

*is still Googling*

No luck yet. You'd think this would be simple. Those numbers HAVE to be out somewhere on the intarwebz... or not.

Colorado Springs, Colorado is where I'm seeing it in 2 days! I'll be sure to check on how many shows are sold out

Well now it's turned into one of those nagging things where I really want to know the answer. LOL

The only numbers I've found so far is that they sell tickets for 15,000 screens and the website gets 4 to 5 million unique visitors a month. I can't do anything at all with those numbers, since I don't know how many seats are in each theater and how many of those 4 or 5 million people are actually buying anything.

*grumbles in frustration*
