I'm really not sure what the average weight of the attendee to a movie has to do with the movie it's self. Oh well. And for the record I'm 5'10" and 145 lbs. Which makes me pretty much a stick.

MrQ don't worry about it, your not fat at all.

Thanks, but I do weigh more now than I have ever weighed before. I am 5'7" and 1/2"!! Not quite 5'8", and my weight swings between 190 and 195lbs. I'd like to weigh around 180, but I can't get my butt motivated to stick to a healthier diet (I am addicted to fast food and frozen delights!) or to exercise. I weighed 175 when I got home from Iraq, so I know it is possible.

Here is my public MySpace profile if anyone has the chance to check it out. I weigh a little more now than I do in most of my pics.

Why is everyone worrying about their weight? I go up and go down. I go by how my clothes fit and feel and don't use scales. I think you end up being a slave to them if you start that.

Yep, I've had to upsize lately!!

I'm not too overly worried, I just know I'll have to a live a bit more healthy in the future (near future) if I want to remain on this Earth for as long as possible. My blood pressure and cholesterol are already high and I am only 32!!

Yeah, but do you really want your last meal to be a salad? I like my food as well. Just up the excercise a bit when you need to stay lighter!

So far I have cut down on how many times I frequent McDonald's or other fast food chains. I stopped purchasing frozen burritos (those things are fat pills!) and corndogs. I eat more sandwiches and I do make salad more often. I am addicted to Newman's Own Light Balsamic vinaigrette now!! I bought frozen veggies and serve them with almost every meal. I have replaced mayonaise with mustard in almost everything, but so far I haven't seen any results. I need to exercise, I know. I'm just lazy right now!

Results take time. It's like starting an excercise program from scratch. It's, like, six weeks before you can expect to see the benefits and that's if you stay consistent with it.

Eating is the same. It's never overnight, it's creeping. Suddenly the jeans are a little looser etc

Dont forget to cut out salt entirely. It can make a big difference. I think there is diet salt but I have no idea what it tastes like.

Not that I am great at diets either. Too many taquitos.
