Only 18 reviews are in so far so the score can change... X-Men - The Last Stand only got 56% and it wasn't a bad movie at all from what I remember.

I have to agree though that Star Trek seems like it's going to blow Wolverine out of the water. And didn't Star Trek won in terms of ticket pre-sales?

Some of the actual written comments are not that bad. I'm probably going to catch it over the weekend so I'll see how it goes.

I might go see it but I'm far less enthused than I would be if Rotten Tomatoes gave it above 60%. Right now its about 45%. Yikes! Too bad. Wolverine is the best thing about X-Men. He's like Sylar in Heroes (except that he's a good guy, of course) in that he's the most compelling character to watch.

I wish one of these movies had come out in April. Nothing was going on then.

Let's see this film before we love it, or hate it. It's gotta be better than X3....kids playing with X-Men figures is better than X3....LOL.

I plan to see it because I enjoy the Wolverine character, and a friend of mine tonight said it was an enjoyable movie.

(And I happen to like X3. )

X3 was 'eh... ok'. There was good potential for more but it got overwhelmed by all the action and such. I agree Wolverine is a good character and I will rent this one when it's out on DVD.

I think the biggest mistake was in X2. The "big action scene" took place early in the movie (same with First Contact)...and in a sense, the movie felt like it had prematurely "shot its wad".

I love all three movies, but they certainly are not without their flaws.
