Even Playboy models have mediocre airbrushing sometimes. Usually they are pretty good but nobody is perfect. Of course since you are supposed to closely examine their bodies they stand out more.

Quinto looks awesome in all the trailers I've seen, but that particular picture looks more like the wax figure of Quinto's Spock in Madame Tussaude's wax museum.

i think quinto's spock looks the most like the original character than the rest.

the only reason i think new spock looks funny is that i watch too much heroes, and thus always see sylar.

this guy looks funny, as a Vulcan.

LOL! I'm the reverse now because I'm so used to seeing him in reference to Star Trek at this point. I'm fine with only thinking of him as Spock when I see him. Unfortunately, now when I watch Heroes, it takes me a couple of minutes to remember that I'm watching Sylar NOT Spock. It's like OMG SPOCK JUST KILLED THAT...oh wait. But both characters are utterly adorable so it's OK.

But that was a very early magazine cover pose, not a promotional photo from the film.

I suggest you look at more of the recent, on-set production photos for a better look at Quinto's... look as a Vulcan.
