Check out my interviews with JJ, Chris and Zach
Hi there, I've just signed up to this forum and as a way of introducing myself I thought I'd tell you about meeting JJ Abrams, Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto. I'm a big Star Trek fan (TNG was my favourite series) and I work for a radio station in Ireland, so you can imagine how excited I was when I got sent to London to interview the three of them about the new movie.
They were all lovely to talk to and I even got pics with them too so if you're interested in seeing the photos or hearing the interviews, you can check it out on my radio station's website below. http://2fm.rte.ie/blogs/the_slate/2009/04/the-final-frontier---amanda-meets-kirk-spock-and-jj-abrams.html I saw the movie a couple of weeks ago and I'm going again on Tuesday to the official Irish premiere and I can't wait to see it for a second time, I loved it!!! When we saw it the first time, the group of Irish journos around me all turned to the Paramount PR lady and said "hit rewind, we want to see it again immediately"  I think the first time, we were looking at it to analyse it - does it work, what are the cast like, too different or too alike etc etc and then when relief flooded us that it was actually brilliant, we just wanted to watch it to enjoy it as a movie and/or ST fan.Can't wait to hear what people have to say about it on this forum when it has been released. I think even the cynics will enjoy it...

 I can't listen to the interview just yet (sis is watching TV and I've no clue where my headphones are) but will as soon as I'm able. And MY GOD THEY'RE TALL. I'm only 5'2" and very tiny size-wise so I'd probably look rather short next to them as well. LOL I love that you're standing on your tiptoes and they're STILL towering!
