Which crewmember do you think it would possibly be? Pine, Quinto...etc?

I would assume their base salaries were already negotiated when they signed a three-picture deal with Paramount.
That's kind of the whole point in pre-signing the cast: the studio doesn't have to renegotiate every contract with every actor all over again (twice!), and risk losing some of the cast to contract disputes and salary bumps. Such 'raises' are built into the formulas and contracts.

They already signed contracts for the sequels. I assumed that something about salaries (and salary caps) is included in there to prevent any future demands for a pay increase.

I wonder what their salaries are? Also I wonder if they will get royalties from the action figures and other material?

It depends if they have merchandising participation or not. My guess is, at the least they all would have been paid for use of their likenesses -- a one-time deal.

Good questions about the salaries. I suppose it partially depends on the level of their profiles. Like John Cho would get more than, idk, maybe Zoe or something. Cuz I never heard of Zoe before this, that's for sure. And Karl Urban would get more than Chris Pine maybe? I'm not sure but it's fun to guess! I don't really know how these things work. |

Yes it can sometimes be a funny business who gets paid what. I read that on the first Iron Man, it was actually Terrence Howard who was the highest paid cast member, not Downey Jnr or Paltrow or Bridges.
Anyway - it doesn't really make much difference to me what they get paid. It still likely be way less than the $12 million Stewart reputdely got for Nemesis.

Paramount was smart to sign them up for a few more movies while they were still filming this one.
I'm sure the % they get from the grosses will keep the actors happy. |

None of them are huge stars - they probably got most of them comparably cheap. I'd bet no-one except maybe Nimoy and Bana (and probably not even him) got more than a few hundred thousand.
