And if you mention Mission's name, you 10% off your pardoy!

No, it won't. It can't gain more audience, but it can continue to lose the audience it had by trying to be 'pop culture.' The secret? It already was popular within its genre, which is science fiction. Trying to turn it into something it's not and never was has only resulted in disaster time and again, and will eventually kill it with no chance of a comeback if the trend continues. It's very nearly already too late.

WB Saint long time no see.

I think this film will find a new audience and bring back old fans.

I suppose, one of the other things to remember is trek didn't always have the apparent 'stigma' attached to originally, when it hit in 66 and 67, certianly in the Uk and europe, it was supercool to watch and we are at a point where Sci-fi isn't really a dirty word in mainstream TV again.....sure most people are still watching American Idol/Talentless/WannabeHilton/please turn me in a worthless magazine seller type shows, but there are plenty of really cool 'geek' shows out there, like Chuck, Reaper, Heroes, Terminator etc. that haven't quite got the numbers, but they're certainly not looked down...maybe the the 21st century really is the time of the geek after all.

Chirs Paramount says they cut your scenes. But they will be on the DVD with Shatner's Deleted scenes.
