Default Star Trek Countdown

At the age of 49 I broke down and bought my first "comic book" in the last 35 years or so.

Actually I waited until Star Trek Countdown's four comic books were compiled into a graphic novel and bought that.

I was curious since Countdown was said to provide the backstory for Nero in the new film and that the new film does not dwell much on that.

I am not a fan of graphic novels and the format does not really appeal to me but this one really grabbed me after just a few pages and I am very glad I bought it.

If you have not I urge you to before the film premeires. It will give you some context to the story going in and will make you even more anxious to see the film!

I agree. I read it earlier today and I loved the story. Definitely made me more excited for the movie.
